Hudson Valley Folk Guild Annual Picnic - September 8th
This year the Folk Guild Picnic will take place once again at Bowdoin Park, Pavillion #2, on Saturday September 8th, from 12:30 - 4:30pm. Bowdoin Park is on Sheafe Road just off Route 9 in Wappingers Falls.
As has been the case for the last several years this is a pot-luck affair. Everyone brings a hot or cold dish and the Folk Guild supplies paper goods, utensils, and cans of soda. There is usually plenty of food for everyone!!
Of course, BRING YOUR INSTRUMENTS as we will be jamming and other wise playing music all afternoon into the evening.
Thanks to John and Rebekah Martucci and Mike and Emmy Clarke for spearheading this year's picnic. Without their leadership, it wouldn't happen! For more information about the picnic, please call the John and Rebekah at 845-255-4930 or Mike and Emmy at 845-473-6994.

Call for Performers - Hutton Nursing Home

In addition to being great fun, its also a good chance to provide a little good cheer to the residents as well as an opportunity to perform or try out new songs. These audiences are always very appreciative of those who come out to perform. Those who would like to help may call Joann Scharschu at 845-331-6327.
